Lady Gaga is releasing a book of “inspirational stories written by young people.”

Gaga is going literary with a new anthology forthcoming this fall, entitled Channel Kindness: Stories of Kindness and Community. Inside the book, releasing September 22 from Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, which she co-founded with mom Cynthia Germanotta, the Grammy-winning recording artist assembles a collection of “personal notes of empowerment” in 51 essays including contributions from Mother Monster herself.

“Within these pages, you’ll meet young changemakers who found their inner strength, prevailed in the face of bullies, started their own social movements, and decided to break through the mental health stigma,” reads a press release. “These storytellers share how they felt, created safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, and embraced kindness with every fiber of their being by helping others without the expectation of anything in return.”

Speaking in O, the Oprah Magazine about the book, the “Stupid Love” artist said, “Channel Kindness is the embodiment of the everyday acts of kindness that uplift communities and instill a sense of hope in each of us. If these stories inspire one act of kindness, then we’ve accomplished our mission. We can’t do it alone, and here is a book that shows we aren’t.”

The announcement comes after the “Born This Way” vocalist teased her Chromatica music era with the upcoming release of her sixth studio album (out April 10). What's more, Gaga will bring the LP on the road this summer with her “Chromatica Ball.”
